It is unreal how powerful and fast this mixer is.  Up to this point we have purchased 3rd Party bits and none of them have worked to the level that we felt was necessary.  One of the biggest problems is that the bit would wear down because it is constantly mixing sugar granuals or rubbing against the side of the container or jug.  This would cause little plastic fragments to either wear off the jug or off the bit itself and get into your product.  You would then need to filter the product to get those out.

This new bit is made completely of Food Grade Material and will not rub fragments off the side of the jug or from itself.  You will be surprised at how incredibly fast it is at mixing the ingredients.

The other big advantage of this mixer, is that it allows you to use the very same jug you store your shaved ice flavors in as the mixing container as well.  Now you do not have to mix your sugar water or shaved ice flavors in one container and store in another.  You do it all in one container which reduces your need to wash multiple containers.
