    That’s true, eliminating distractions is important, but you can also consider using apps for time management, and I’m not talking about the ones like reminders or something like that. This time tracker, for instance, helps me measure and analyze activity levels and monitor my performance, so you can consider using it as well to boost your productivity

    I also have problems with time management. And I can say that I tried various programs and services, but nothing helps, because notifications can be easily turned off. I usually keep everything to a deadline and try to get everything done in one day. It makes me depressed. I think I should work on my discipline.
