The Snowie Tricycle – The Ultimate Shaved Ice Bike

Here is a quick video to show you the new Snowie Shaved Ice Tricycles. These are coolest Shaved Ice Bikes available. You will see two options that are present with Carl and a third that he references that we show some other footage of while he is speaking. We begin the video with our most popular Tricycle. It has a cold plate freezer that will drop to -40˚ and can keep your ice or frozen shaved ice for multiple days. I can hear your thoughts, “Frozen Shaved Ice? What?” But that is exactly what I mean. We tested this at the Snowie Summit to get people’s reactions and it was very positive. You need to make sure you do a few things for your pre-shaved ice to work correctly. First, you can use any of our shaved ice machines, but we highly recommend that you use the Snowie Block Ice Shaver, it will give you the finest snow. As you know from other videos, we would normally tell you to temper your block, but when you are creating pre-shaved ice, we recommend that you use the block in its coldest state. We also recommend that you keep your cups as cold as possible so that when you shave into them, the snow doesn’t melt agains the warm cup. That will then freeze and form a thin shell around your snow. You want to “flash” freeze it as much as possible to make sure this shaved ice is great when it is flavored later. If you do not use the Snowie Block Ice Shaver and decide to use one of our Cube Shaved Ice Machines, the Snowie 3000, Snowie 1000, or even the Little Snowie 2 Home Ice Shaver, you will want your ice as cold as possible. This will give you the best snow possible. The other two bikes house different, optional freezers and coolers. One will take a block freezer like you would get from Home Depot or other appliance shops. It will not get as cold, and it will not maintain that cold for as long. But it is a cheaper option and if you sell your product quickly then the extended freeze time is not an issue. You can also sell your shaved ice in a traditional fashion, meaning that you will keep bags of ice in the freezer or cooler and then shave your product when your customer wants them. You can do this with a battery by using a DC version of one of our ice shavers, or you can use the Little Snowie 2 with an inverter and a battery. The inverters will not work on our larger shaved ice machines, they are simply too powerful. The cooler on the third bike that Carl mentions, and we put screenshots up about, is simply cooler. It is not a freezer. You can freeze plates and put them in the cooler with your ice, or pre-frozen shaved ice, and it will work quite well.
