Snowie 1-Year Ice Shaver Warranty

Our 1-Year Warranty applies to Snowie ice shavers purchased through authorized retailers. It covers the original product and owner—non-transferable.

We’ll repair or replace units with manufacturing defects for up to one year from the purchase date, as long as it’s used as intended and maintained properly.

Covered by Warranty:

• Repair or replacement of the original unit or non-consumable parts deemed defective, at Snowie’s discretion, within one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Not Covered by Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as blades, shaver plates, and containers), which may necessitate regular maintenance or replacement for optimal performance. Replacement parts are available for purchase on Snowie’s official website.
• Any modification or commercial usage of the unit.
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper handling, failure to conduct necessary maintenance, or mishandling during transit.
• Incidental or consequential damages.
• Defects caused by unauthorized repair or alteration.
