In this session, we discuss the best way to select and run what we call permanent or stationary Shaved Ice locations. We really refer to them as semi-permanent locations because the Shaved Ice stands are not permanent structures, but they do remain on-site for the duration of a summer.

We discuss the many advantages of a permanent location and compare this type of business model with the other avenues available.  One of the most obvious advantages of this type of business is that you are able to get it setup, employ it, stock it, and you are up and running.  So if you have other career obligations, this is a fantastic way to supplement your income.
