Today Callie talks to us about Snowie’s amazing Cream Topping. We have discussed this product in past videos and it is nice to be able to devote a video just to this incredible topper. We use the word topper to describe anything else that you put on a shaved ice besides the Snow Cone Syrup. I use the term Snow Cone Flavors because it is a familiar term to so many. You may prefer to call them Shaved Ice Syrups, or even Shaved Ice Flavors. Regardless of how you refer to the delicious goodness that tops Snowie’s perfect Snow, the Cream Topping we discuss here will enhance any favorite Snow Cone Flavor. Callie first discusses how we provide our product to you. We offer it in a powder form that will last three years until you mix it with water. At that time, you do need to refrigerate the Cream Topping because it is a dairy product and will go bad if you do not keep it cool. As you can see in the video, it is a very simple product to create. You just pour the powder into one of Snowie’s pour bottles, top it off with water, shake it well and drizzle it atop a shaved ice! It does not take a lot to decorate the top of a shaved ice, maybe an ounce or two. You can charge anywhere from $.50 to $1.00 to top any size shaved ice depending on what your crowd and event will tolerate. Another cool feature of this product is it will take on the texture of those little frozen crystals you get in your Root Beer float. I know you know what I am talking about, when the ice cream and the temperature of the Root Beer are the perfect temperature to create these delicious little crystals. It is rare and short lived within a Root Beer Float, but they are prevalent when you pour our Cream Topping over a shaved ice. It is common and even a bit of a tradition for many people to use Sweetened Condensed Milk to top off their shaved ice. Even many of Snowie’s customers do this due to its tradition. But every once in a while tradition gets nudged off the pedestal when something greater comes along. This is one of those moments. You may remember when we went back to Louisiana and visited with the folks at Duck Dynasty. One of the most surprising moments of that trip was when we supplied each of them with two shaved ice. One with Sweetened Condensed Milk and the other with Snowie’s Cream Topping. There wasn’t a sole in that company that liked the Sweetened Condensed Milk more. It was unanimous that Snowie’s Cream Topping had a better texture and was far more delicious that the Sweetened Condensed Milk. Give this product a shot and let your customers decide, you will be pleasantly surprised at their reaction. Pick up some your Snowie Cream Topping Today!
