In this session, we discuss the best way to select and run what we call permanent or stationary Shaved Ice locations. We really refer to them as semi-permanent locations because the Shaved Ice stands are not permanent structures, but they do remain on-site for the duration of a summer.
We discuss the many advantages of a permanent location and compare this type of business model with the other avenues available. One of the most obvious advantages of this type of business is that you are able to get it setup, employ it, stock it, and you are up and running. So if you have other career obligations, this is a fantastic way to supplement your income.
Will a Snowie Flavor Station fit inside an 8 ft kiosk for travel or does it have to be transported another way?
Yes, the small Flavor Station fits very nicely within the 8-Foot Building and Kiosk. It fits right into the rounded shelf area in those stands.
We, always transport the Flavor Station within the 8-Foot Building and Kiosk ourselves.
Hi, just ordered a 3000 from you and enquiring with regards the season eg summer. What sort of temp does the season end typically . Also with the static locations what do you think would work best carpark outside or inside a mall .? I understand all situations are different but your preferences also you talked about sales per day/ week but instead how many units. As I live in Australia , and after spending many months in Florida this year now I know how expensive Australia is compared to USA . Also with festivals and events how many people is a good event ? I have been working hrd at bookings and have 20 days booked so far, but not sure of what is good or not.
Thanks for your help
Regards
Lyn
