Hello, and sorry once again for the late notice. We have been working on a new platform in order to enhance your experience with us.
We have changed up how we want to tackle our webinars and hope that it is a move in the right direction. Please give us any feedback that you have on your experience.
This new platform will allow us to record the video that we are showing to you live. It will also allow us to show you pre-recorded videos that will play locally on your machine so that you will not have the drops you would have with gotomeeting or other platforms.

You will notice the countdown timer at the top of your screen. Please watch for that timer to end, once it does, you will be able to click on a blue arrow that will let you into the broadcast.
Please also notice the social window on the live page. This is how you will communicate with us during the broadcast, so please feel free to ask any questions you like, even in the middle of the broadcast. This is one reason we have moved to this platform. We can now answer questions on the fly with video, so if you had a question about a shaver, we could walk you to a shaver at that moment and show you the answer.
