Great flavors and quality! I had a question. I bought flavors in August of 2013 some of them I never got to open but I kept them refrigerated are they still good to use?

Were these flavors ready-to-use, or were they concentrate? Our concentrate is good for 3 years opened or not. The ready-to-use is good for one year, also open or not. Refrigeration may help a bit, but not much.

Hi, I was wondering if you have the nutrition facts on serving sizes. Like for 8 oz., 12. oz and 16 oz.?

Our nutrition facts are on 1oz serving sizes. So for an 8oz cup, you are putting in roughly 2 ounces of flavor.
So again, for 1 fl. oz. the nutrition facts are the following:

Best way to mix, is to get a 5 gallon jug and do the following:
Pour in 1 Gallon of Water
2 Ounces of Preservative (purchase from Snowie)
25 LBS of Sugar
Top of with Water
Add 1 Ounce of Citric Acid (comes with the preservative pack mentioned above)
Mix

Hey just wondering… when I get the concentrate (16oz) how much sugar and water will I need to make the syrup ready to serve?
Aaron –
The way this usually works is that you will make your sugar water in 5 gallon jugs. Within that 5 gallon jug, you will pour 25 lbs of sugar. If you were to scale this back to a gallon it is, of course, 5 lbs in a one gallon container.
Then when you mix your flavor, if you are making a 32 ounce serving bottle, you will pour in one ounce of concentrate and top it off with sugar water.
There are full instructions on how to make sugar water on your preservative bottle if you have made that purchase.

You will use 4 ounces of concentrate for every gallon of sugar water.

The concentrates have no sugar at all none of the flavors have any sugar until they are mixed with the sugar to make the simple syrup.
