Over these two days, you will learn all about Snowie Shaved Ice, have hands on experience with the equipment they manufacture, taste and compare the products they provide, and learn how you can use them in your own Shaved Ice Business.

My wife and I would like to go to the 2018 summit, do I have to buy one or two tickets?
Is there any discount for husbands and wife’s?
You would need to purchase two tickets. We don’t have any promotions at the moment. We did run a promotion during our 12 days of Christmas.

Scroll up on this page to where it says “Tickets”, then click the + button to add the amount of tickets you need and proceed to checkout. Let us know if you have any problem or other questions.

We fixed the issue where you could not get tickets on the summit page. Here is a link if you did not receive the email.

I would like to attend the upcoming Snowie Summit in February. I have requested the days off but I will not know if I have been given the time off until late January. I want to buy tickets now to ensure my spot, but am concerned that I may not get the days off. What is the return policy on these tickets?

You can get a refund up to 15 days before the event. Is that long enough for you to find out if you were able to get those days off?

I purchased a ticket when I ordered supplies. Will I get a physical ticket to get in? Or just use my name to get on?
Hi Ronda, you should have received an email with your ticket information after purchase. You can bring that with you, but we’ll also have you on the list with your name tag prepped at check-in. Let us know if you have any other questions at all.
